The WFS Series Water Filter Systems are designed to handle high volumes of washwater such as produced by car or truck washes. These completely automatic treatment units will collect your dirty washwater and process it so that it can be reused in the washing operation.

The WFS draws the washwater from your collection sump and transfers it to the holding and collection tank. The solids separator removes much of the heavy sand and grit and deposits it in the collection container for disposal. Additional solids which settle in the holding tank are also deposited in the collection container.

The Filter System not only cleans the water, but also adds an oxidizer reagent to kill bacteria and odors. The oxidizer is used to make the water more environmentally friendly and less hazardous for personnel doing the washing. Rinsing normally uses fresh water which is collected with the washwater. Any excess water can be automatically disposed of as treated water, more easily achieving compliance with environmental regulations.

WFS Water Filter Systems are applicable to brush type car, truck, and bus washing operations, which typically require higher volumes of water, but not of the quality with the WRS systems produce.

The WFS 42 which includes 5 micron final filtration can also be used for pressure washer applications when cost is especially critical. An automatic degassing oxidizer pump is included as well as high capacity permanent element filtering. A fresh water rinse is required for many applications. The water quality is better than from most similar systems available from other suppliers.
